• For your poster or oral presentations, you can send your abstracts to isuhscongress2022@gmail.com.
• Participation in the congress is limited to a maximum of two papers per author. Participants will be able to state that they would like to present oral or poster papers while submitting their abstracts. After the abstracts are evaluated by the referees, the acceptance/rejection status and Oral or Poster acceptance status will be notified to the applicants.
• Authors who will make the presentation (Poster or Oral Presentation) are required to register and pay the registration fee. The deadline for registrations is 15 November 2022.
• In addition, as a result of the evaluations of the congress referees, the congress committee has the right to change the abstracts submitted as oral presentations into poster presentations
• Abstracts or full texts will be published in the congress proceedings book. The congress proceedings book will be published as PDF on the congress website after the congress with its E-ISBN number.
• Participants can publish their work as summary or full text in the congress proceedings book. for this reason, they should indicate their preference when sending the abstract.
• Ethics committee permissions should be obtained for the studies to be presented in our congress, if necessary.
